The Exercise Trampoline - Made For Getting Healthy

All trampolines can be used for exercise, but an exercise trampoline is made specifically for that purpose. In reality though, it's not much different than any other trampoline. It's designed for anyone in training, helping the athlete with things like balance, coordination and timing. It's also designed to be used indoors so training can continue all year.

A rebound trampoline, more often called a mini trampoline, is a perfect example. We all know that running can create havoc on your knees, joints and bones. A rebound trampoline reduces the impact dramatically, which increases the amount of time you can spend exercising. Fortunately we haven't seen any major injuries. But we have seen enough to stay away from anything that appears cheaply made. A simple internet search should be able to tell you everything you need to know about the manufacturer.
